First of all it should start from Politicians. They should not have more than 4 vehicles (including security) following them.
See the 1000's of vehicles following them.
I was surprised to see BSY CM of Karnataka, going for a function with 100's of cars following the entourage. Why?
BSY is an abled administrator and a minister, as I have observed from the time he became finance minister of Karnataka.
Something should be done.
May be one rumour should be circulated fast, that, due to use of petrol/diesel in cars, the passengers will die soon!
