That seems to be a novel from Sabeer Bhatia. Sounds like a funda tool. I am not sure about the data surfing privacy that would offer.
I am also running around to VCs, to get funding for a new idea. Mobile voice to blog post. Two modes, complete confidential (intranet style) or password access. Then there is the regular access.
