Art of eating Dosa and Biriyani

Dosa is a very good item to be a very good item to be eaten only with Hands.

During my Hyderabad days, 1990 to 1994, I used to visit Kamat Hotel regularly and used to enjoy Telugu biddas ( not all! ) eating Masala Dosa with fork and knife. Great! It was fun though!

As recently as about 1.5 years before, the President of the company I worked with, clearly demonstrated about eating Dosa with Hands ( to foreigners accompanying us! ), even though he is from North India!

The right amount of coconut chutney along with a Tomata mash chutney, with podi-milagai makes it the wonderful breakfast snack on earth!

Same applies to Biriyani. You need to mix with Raitha and the Bengan Kurma, before you dig in the Hyderabadi / Moghul Biriyani. ( with hand - it brings out the better out of it ).

tasty buds situated in our tongue is a greatest boon to every human beings. even your reviews about this simple dosa and chutney matters making to mouth watering..
i am also very thirsty about these dosa categories and so on. but my wife and colleagues all used to say.. "WHY ARE YOU EXTREMELY CONSCIOUS ABOUT THESE EDIBLE THINGS.. WHATEVER YOU EATS, IT WILL TASTE FOR YOU JUST SOME SECONDS, TILL IT PASSES DURING THAT HALF INCH TONGUE.. AND IT GOES TO YOUR STOMACH.. AND IT COMES OUT.. SO, EAT WHATEVER, WHETHER IT TASTE IT OR NOT" ..
i told them.. :" FOR EVERY HUMAN BEINGS, EXCEPT THAT HALF INCH TONGUE NO OTHER PART OF US CAN'T FEEL ANY TASTE.. SO, THAT HALF INCH TONGUE IS SO PRECIOUS IN GOD,S CREATION.. SO WE ALL MUST GIVE A GREAT RESPECT TO THAT TINY PORTION.. PLEASE DON'T TRY TO CHEAT THAT BABY LIKE TONGUE.. IT IS A GREAT CURSE THEN.."
everybody laughed little.. but they are well to do in their concepts.. ME TOO..
