BSY budget 2008-09 for Karnataka has done a all sections please budget.

No reduction in ATF & Petrol costs, due to the July 22 vote. We can expect cuts after that.

Marriage & Conference Halls, where money is thrown around, gets costlier by 10%. Good choice.

Farmers get Rs 1000/- per acre for seeds & Free 10 HP power and 3% farm loan (marginal farmers).

Yeddy is BSY

As per the expressed interest, CM of Karnataka wants his name in short form to be addressed as BSY instead of Yeddy.

But I feel Yeddy brings a sense of belongingness when a person addresses him like that.
